For KIT Allow 1-3 days to prepare for dispatch.
For READY MADE doll: I shall be making them on demand so please allow up to 10 days between ordering and receipt of the doll. If you are in a big hurry then please make contact and i can let you know if your deadline can be met.
Where possible, I use recycled/reused/recyclable packaging to save on environmental impact
I post kits & Ready-made out at Royal Mail Second Class Signed For, £4.20 (which is currently INCLUDED in the price of the item)

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds:
I hope you love your new purchase, however, if you need to return your order I am happy to help:
Contact me within 14 days of delivery and please ensure you return your un-used goods, as sold, in their original packaging, within 30 days of receiving the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If it looks like the items have been damaged by the postal service please take photographs and make contact asap.
Returns are made at the buyer’s expense and remain the customers responsibility until I have received them. I recommend that you package your item(s) well and use a “Signed For” service to return them. This will reduce the risk to you of damage or loss in transit.
If your return item is deemed to be faulty, or you have received an incorrect item, I will arrange for the return costs to be covered without hesitation.
I am not responsible for any items that are returned to me by mistake.
I do not accept cancellations but please contact me if you have problems with your order.
If you would like to exchange your order, please return the item(s) for a refund, and place a new order. Any requests for exchanges during the 30 day period will be refunded.
In the event that a refund is required, it will be issued in the same way, as the original payment was made.
